The mind body practices and services I offer, are not to be used in place of clinical mental health treatment. I am not a licensed therapist and do not practice mental health therapy. These practices work great in tandem with mental health therapy and can be independent of therapy, so long as you can safely manage your emotions and mental space and are looking for extra skills.
